Orange Commerce Capital seeks to bridge a gap between the micro and lower-middle-market. We recognized that traditional institutional capital is unable to move downward enough in the value stream to serve companies and allocate resources due to sizing requirements. When these businesses do secure capital from larger PE firms and strategic investors, interests are often misaligned as these investors don’t appreciate the realities of operating companies of the current size and how to scale them into the industry leaders they are poised to become. Put simply, we recognize what a critical period your business is in and understand that traditional private equity approaches may not serve in the best interests of the long-term success of your enterprise.
We care deeply about the people and businesses that we partner with. We are flexible in time horizon and partnership structure as we are not mandated by limited partner requirements.
