Managing Partner
Jeremy T. Kaylor is the Managing Partner of Orange Commerce Capital. He has been in the fintech industry for over 15 years, launching his first fintech company, eTransaction Solutions, back in 2009. Prior to starting OCC, Jeremy was a Partner at PCG Capital. He co-founded Pineapple Payments in 2016 which grew to over 26,000 merchants and $8 billion in processing volume annually before a successful sale to Fiserv in 2021. Previously Jeremy had a 13-year career on Wall Street, including a notable eight-year tenure at Goldman Sachs. His background spans both M&A and executive management, across multiple industries, and provides him with a wide breadth of experience. Jeremy holds an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon.

Partner
Patrick A. Sayers is a Partner at Orange Commerce Capital. Prior to joining Orange Commerce Capital full-time, Patrick was the Director of Strategic Opportunities at PCG Capital where he assisted with portfolio company management and the analysis and effectuation of new investments. Patrick has spent more than five years in the fintech industry, originally beginning his career with Pineapple Payments in 2018 prior to its sale to Fiserv in 2021. Following the sale, he spent a year at Fiserv within the Partner Solutions group. During his time at Pineapple and Fiserv, he focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions, strategic finance, and operations. Patrick has a BSBA from the Palumbo-Donahue School of Business at Duquesne University and a J.D. from The Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University (non-licensed).
